   " My sculptural journey has been nourished by many experiences. A childhood in the farmlands of the Brie, studies at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts of Paris (Walberg’s workshop), an adventure in the theatre (Cours Florent School, J.L.Cochet’s workshop), a long psychoanalytical training.

   The theatre taught me how a person is formed, shaped by a text, by an author, by words. In analysis, the conflicts of the hidden self and the suffering that they generate, focused my work on the fractured and the broken.

   I try to capture in clay something of the complexity of human nature. I like to work on the naked face, the expression of both our strength and our fragility. "
